Kadyrov spoke about the secret prisons in the house

The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said that the rumors that he allegedly has secret prisons spread mentally ill people, outstanding "scary dreams for reality"

He stressed that the Chechen people cannot be intimidated and residents of Chechnya have made an informed choice by voting for life in the Russian Federation in General referendum on 23 March 2003.
