Kadyrov responded to the rumors about secret prisons

GROZNY, 24 APR – RIA Novosti. The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said that the rumors that he allegedly has secret prisons spread mentally ill people issuing “bad dreams for reality.”

Answering the question of the subscribers live in Instagram, he recalled that “the so-called human rights activists, journalists repeatedly wrote about secret prisons in his house.”

He stressed that the Chechen people cannot be intimidated and residents of Chechnya have made an informed choice by voting for life in the Russian Federation in General referendum on 23 March 2003.
