The suppression of coronavirus is a “war” against the “invisible enemy”, said the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, who announced the easing of restrictions imposed over COVID-19.

On Saturday, Kadyrov said that the easing of restrictions of isolation comes into force from the beginning of next week, RIA “Novosti”.

He stressed that “knows when it’s time to take drastic measures, and when to soften”. According to the head of the region, “it was a war, the enemy was invisible, many did not believe that the disease exists”.
