In some European countries there are signs of a second wave COVID-19. This was stated by the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, speaking on the TV channel Sky News.

He urged to be absolutely honest about what is happening in Europe. “I’m afraid that in some places we are starting to see signs of a second wave of the pandemic” – quoted policy TASS. The Prime Minister reminded of the need to be introduced because of the coronavirus restriction and social distance, to wear masks in public.

Johnson also spoke in support of introduced on 26 July a two-week mandatory quarantine for arriving from Spain. This step came as a surprise to many Britons who holiday in the Iberian Kingdom. “We must take swift and decisive action in cases where we believe that the risks begin to rise again,” he said.

Earlier, Boris Johnson admitted mistakes in the fight against the pandemic coronavirus. “Of course, there are things that we did wrong, and we are constantly learning,” he said, noting that learning from your mistakes should as soon as possible. The worst with the spread of the disease should be complete by the middle of next year.
