Japan’s Automakers are forced to put their plants under the influence of COVID-19, reported the TV channel NHK.

Honda announced the suspension of two of its factories in Saitama Prefecture. Mitsubishi also announced the suspension of the operation of the factory through its subsidiary in Gifu Prefecture from June 2 to June 30 and factory in Aichi Prefecture from 2 to 15 and from 23 to 30 June. Plans to suspend conveyors are also available from Toyota.

Recall that in March of this year, Japanese automakers have decided to temporarily close most of the factories in Europe and Asia. Closures due to pandemic made it impossible to ensure the production and build supply chain.
