– Now in pilot mode, we develop a rating of the quality of life in constituent entities of the Russian Federation. ASI is paying attention to us – in the region have gained some experience of rating territories for quality of life. From 2017, we conduct a rating of the quality of life in the municipalities, which became an effective tool of adjustment of government programs, management decisions and encourage municipalities. For this 2020 introduced the system of payment of grants, – said Morozov.
In his report, a proposal was made to use the possibilities of artificial intelligence and big data Analytics ADATA in the assessment of quality of life in municipalities of the Russian Federation. This is important because governors, mayors, heads of municipalities need to understand the challenges associated with quality of life, people face. In one territory it may be, for example, problems with crime and security of living in the other – the presence of industrial enterprises, which greatly affect the state of the environment, and in the third – problems with access to preschool education.
the Ulyanovsk Governor appealed to the President with a request to support the implementation of this task because it allows to develop software of calculation of indicators of quality of life and continue to use for similar tasks.
