In the Yakut village Apany in the framework of the national project “Culture” will build a new cultural center. It is reported portal “Yakutia Daily”.

It is noted that the builders have already started to install basement floor of the future facility. All works are in accordance with the schedule. The completion and submission of the center is planned in the fourth quarter of 2021. The two-storey building will house the leisure centre “of choroon”.

The value of rural cultural centre will amount to 131 million rubles. In 2020 the construction of the facility has been allocated more than 38 million roubles, from them 35 — from the Federal budget.

In Appanah Namsky ulus of Yakutia, home to nearly 1.5 thousand people, while in the village since 2005, there is no home culture.

In the national project “Culture” included three Federal programs: “Cultural environment”, “Creative people”, “Digital culture”. In accordance with the purposes of the project until 2024 will be equipped art schools and schools of musical instruments, equipment and instructional materials, creation and overhaul of cultural and leisure facilities in rural areas, acquisition of mobile multifunctional cultural centers for the maintenance of the rural population, digitization of film content on digital media of the Gosfilmofond of Russia, as well as create virtual concert halls.
