In the state Duma spoke about the postponement of the may holidays

Transfer output 1 to 5 may because of the lack of opportunity to fully relax in isolation will become a burden on the economy, now we need to choose what he wants the country: "walk" or "out" out of the crisis, told RIA Novosti the head of the Duma Committee for labor and social policy Yaroslav Nilov.

"to Carry from 1 to 5 may, to arrange additional days to the detriment of the economy it would be wrong … Yes, I understand that I will have from first to fifth, of course, a limit, because we still are in high alert. But we should be aware that additional migration is a burden on business, the economy, and it can generate again growth of unemployment, decrease in purchasing power. So you need to choose what we want: we want to celebrate, to walk, or you want to get out of this situation and recover. I personally advocate in order to survive and recover", – said Nilov.

The MP stressed that the Russian economy and so suffered extensive damage in connection with the pandemic coronavirus and long-isolation of citizens. His opinion was supported by Committee member Olga Pavlova.

"I Think that the transfer may holidays do not need to, because it’s not just weekends and public holidays timed to memorable dates. Each of them is the story, and just because they move or can not be undone. In addition, the transfer of public holidays at a later date could further hit the country’s economy", – said Pavlov RIA Novosti.

Earlier, first Deputy head of the social Committee of the Federation Council Valery Ryazansky also said that the may holidays do not need to move because of the regime of self-isolation. According to the parliamentarian, the Russians will be able to mark them at home.
