Vlasov also suggested that a decision on the case that parents will reconsider. They will have the opportunity to get back in line for a legitimate place in the kindergarten, rejecting the money.
the MP explained his proposal by the fact that in Russia there still exists the problem of shortage of places in preschool educational institutions. The initiative, in his opinion, will help to significantly reduce queues in kindergartens in the regions where they exist. After all, those parents who have with whom to leave the child, may prefer an additional payment.
