For public calls, if the infringement is committed for the first time, will be punished with a fine. For citizens it will make from 30 to 60 thousand rubles, for officials – from 60 to 100 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 200 to 300 thousand rubles.

According to Pavel Krasheninnikov, these rules will help to ensure the development of important constitutional provisions on the protection of the territorial integrity of our country, and will also make the punishment for public calls for the exclusion areas proportionate, distinguishing between administrative and criminal liability.
