The authorities of Moscow approved the project of planning the territory in the area Chertanovo southern on the South of the city, the press service of construction in the capital.
According to the head of the Department of town-planning policy Sergey Levkin, housing will be built on the site of non-residential buildings and public utilities.
Thus, it is expected the demolition of non-residential buildings with an area of about 20 thousand square meters at the address: Varshavskoe shosse, possession of 170Е V.
Also in addition to housing here built building with a school for 550 seats and pre-school groups, with 70 seats, a Parking for 500 cars and a multifunctional complex.
It is noted that the development of this area involves the creation of a modern transport and engineering infrastructure.
