Four children are among 83 patients with coronavirus infection in the Penza region, the total number of victims COVID-19 in the region grew to 1,400, said press Secretary of Governor Dean Cheremushkin.

"the Operational situation on may 21. Confirmed cases COVID-19 – 1400. New identified – 83. Children: 13 years, one year, three years, one year. Patients between 28 and 94 years," wrote Cheremushkin Wednesday in his Telegram channel.

She noted that 18 new cases COVID-19 revealed in Penza, 16 – in Pasechnoye, seven in Kuznetsk, six in Penza, five in Zemetchinskogo and Bessonovsky areas of the region, four – in the closed city of Zarechny and Camenca district, three in St. Nicholas, two – in Bashmakovsky, Lunin’kyi and Belinsky, one – in five districts of the region.

According to Cheremushkinoj also the coronavirus was registered in two other towns – one Moscow resident and one resident Saratov regions.

In the area died 13 people with COVID-19, including a citizen of Kazakhstan, recovered 1002.
