Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the decree about the announcement next week, from 30 March to 3 April after hours with pay. The document does not apply to employees of a number of organizations reported Wednesday on the Kremlin website.

According to the decree, it does not apply to workers in continuously operating organizations; medical and pharmacy organizations; organizations providing the population with food products and essential goods; organizations performing emergency work in emergency situations, in other cases threatening life or normal living conditions of the population; organizations engaged in urgent repair and loading and unloading.
