In the administration of the President of Russia allow for the possibility to hold a Victory parade and a vote on amendments to the Constitution in one day, writes RBC citing four sources. Both events were postponed due to the outbreak of coronavirus infection.

According to interlocutors of the edition, the parade and the vote can be held June 24. This day was held the Victory parade in 1945, because that date is considered as the primary option.

According to sources RBC, the vote on the amendments and parade in one day will help to inspire citizens after a long period of quarantine. In this case, Wednesday, June 24, will be declared a holiday.

as an alternative option for the vote are also considered days in early July, and parade — September 3. It is emphasized that final decisions have been made — all will depend on the situation of coronavirus in the country.

the vote on the amendments to the Constitution was scheduled for 22 April, but due to the outbreak of coronavirus it was postponed indefinitely. New date for this event is determined by a separate decree of the President of the Russian Federation. Because COVID-19 was also cancelled the Victory day parade on red square in Moscow. The ninth of may was only the aviation part of the event.
