Earlier, the labour Ministry has proposed to make the last day of the next year outside due to the transport of the output from Sunday January 3, 2021.
“Here are the General rules: once the anticipated non-working days when holidays fall on weekends, they should be transferred,” – said TASS Valery Ryazansky. “The second and third numbers we have are absolutely legitimate weekend, any requirements for return to work the employer has no right to make it non-working days,” he said.
the MP believes that the announcement of December 31, 2021, the day does not require changes in legislation, quite appropriate government regulations. He believes that the last day of the year have to do weekends on a permanent basis or to give the matter to the discretion of employers.
According to the Ministry of labour and social security the draft government resolution, the new year celebrations in 2021, will run from 1 to 10 January, in may the Russians will have a rest 6 days – from 1 to 3 and 8 to 10 may. Coinciding with the holidays and weekends it is proposed to transfer the following: from 2 and 3 January (Saturday and Sunday) – on 5 November and 31 December, respectively, and from Saturday 20 February to Monday 22 February.
