In the Federation Council proposed to amend the Russian legislation changes to legally define the concept of isolation, to provide for the cases and the procedure for establishing such a regime.

As reported RIA Novosti, this initiative is contained in the proposals of the Federation Council Committee on constitutional legislation in the list of measures on improvement of the legislation.

According to first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee for constitutional legislation Irina Rukavishnikova, in connection with the pandemic and all measures are taken “from wheels” and issues of self-isolation not stated in the legislation.
