Jordan seismological Observatory determined that the explosion equivalent to earthquake of magnitude 4.5, reports RT. Libyan Prime Minister Hassan Diab will monitor the investigation of the explosion, according to the site “VSE42.Ru”.
The Council of defense of Lebanon Beirut declared a disaster area. The authority also urged the government to declare the capital a state of emergency.
