According to the decision of the head of the Crimea, residents of the Republic over 65 years of age are forbidden to leave their homes, except in cases of direct threat to life and health. Everyone else is allowed to get out of the house to the nearest store, for walking the pet in the range of 100 meters, removal of rubbish, to assist people deprived of legal capacity with a view to seeking care. In addition, the movement in the Republic is allowed only with a certificate from the employer, the activities of the company which is not suspended by decree.
