The head of the Ministry of culture of Russia Olga Lyubimova said that the number of model libraries that are created in the country under the national project “Culture”, will increase by approximately 1.5 times. About it reports TASS.
“you Know that in the regions with great interest the youth refers to the model libraries. After all, they look very stylish and modern. Besides, it is possible to use high speed Internet to get additional information or just sit in silence,” said the Minister.
According to her, in 2020 on the establishment of libraries allocated from the Federal budget an additional 410 million rubles. Passed the competitive selection another 62 libraries for 34 regions of Russia. By the end of the year there will be 172 model municipal library in 66 regions of the country.
In the national project “Culture” included three Federal programs: “Cultural environment”, “Creative people”, “Digital culture”. In accordance with the purposes of the project until 2024 will be equipped art schools and schools of musical instruments, equipment and instructional materials, creation and overhaul of cultural and leisure facilities in rural areas, acquisition of mobile multifunctional cultural centers for the maintenance of the rural population, digitization of film content on digital media of the Gosfilmofond of Russia, as well as create virtual concert halls.
