The National parents ‘ Committee (NSC) launched an initiative to provide families on the brink of divorce free services of a psychologist. The obshchestvennitsa, such a measure is necessary in connection with the possible increase in the number of divorces in the context of difficult psychological situation due to the spread of the coronavirus.
“I Ask you to introduce regulation of psychological counseling spouses who apply for divorce. Psychological support should be carried out at public expense, and this will be an important help to families in addressing interpersonal conflicts that are a common cause of divorce”, — said in the text of the address seen by the RT.
According to Volynets, is particularly relevant psychological assistance will be for families with children, as in this case, psychological help is also required by the child.
Volynets previously suggested to increase twice the term for reconciliation of the spouses upon dissolution of the marriage.
According to the authors of the initiative at divorce in bodies the registry office the term reconciliation is increased to two months, and in cases involving the law of the judicial process, up to six months.
