The resolution was adopted "to ensure preparatory activities for the resumption of action for the preparation and holding of a nationwide vote on the issue of approval of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation".
Recognize as invalid paragraphs of the decision of the CEC, "About the features of spending of Federal budget funds allocated for preparation and holding of a nationwide vote on the issue of approval of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, in connection with the postponement of the vote" of March 27, relating to the suspension of the regional election commissions and the adoption of the budget commitments for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services and payment of additional remuneration to members of election commissions with decisive votes, employees of election commissions.
Also repealed paragraph requiring election commissions of subjects of the Russian Federation until a separate decision of the Central electoral Commission from 28 March 2020 to suspend the transfer of funds from the Federal budget to the accounts of territorial election commissions.
In addition, inoperative, recognizes the point, according to which the foreign Ministry had to suspend the financing of precinct election commissions formed outside the territory of the Russian Federation.
