Earlier, the Russian Government adopted the decision on the appointment of the maximum Federal benefit amount of the minimum wage – 12 130 rubles – for the dismissed since March 1 because of the epidemic of the coronavirus. Measures to support the unemployed adopted in the capital: according to the decree of the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, Muscovites who were recognized as unemployed and have worked in 2020 not less than 60 calendar days, has been appointed regional compensatory payment in the amount of 19 500 rubles a month. This amount includes unemployment benefits and all social benefits received by the citizen. Allowance 12 130 rubles will be paid from April to June 2020 inclusive, compensatory payment in the amount of 19 500 rubles – from 1 April to 30 September 2020.

With the introduction of monthly payments, the amount of allowances for the above categories of citizens in the presence of a minor child is increased by 3 000 rubles. Thus, at the Federal level, it is 15 130 rubles (if two children, then 18 130 rubles, three – 21 130 rubles, etc.). In Moscow taking into account the regional compensation – 22 500 rubles (if you have two children, 25 500 rubles, if the three – 28 500 rubles, etc.).

Muscovites to receive payments for minor children when applying for recognition of the unemployed on the website of the center of employment “My job”, you must attach to the application a copy of the birth certificate of the child or children. Those who are already recognized as unemployed and receive unemployment benefit, you need to log in your personal account and to attach documents previously filed testimony. The payment will be assigned from the date of recognition of the unemployed and is calculated similarly to the payment of unemployment benefits for the actual number of calendar days of unemployment, including the date of re-registration.
