According to him, municipal services stepped up monitoring of residents ‘ complaints about the poor quality of disinfection in social networks, complaints are handled online.

“on the Basis of the extraordinary importance of this work, we have increased the monitoring of social networks and other electronic platforms to quickly respond to requests from residents. Every alarm we carefully check, when you confirm the disruption to employees will be dealt with strictly. Faced with a violation should immediately report it to the state inspection office for housing, supervising the execution of all routine procedures,” – said Biryukov.

the Deputy Mayor stressed that the work of disinfection are conducted daily in the entrances of all apartment houses of Moscow. In homes with a high risk of the spread of coronavirus infection the treatment is carried out three times a day.

“Now in this work involved more than 30 thousand employees. Special disinfectants are processed by the input group, intercom, stairs, railings, ramps, mailboxes, Windows, chutes, elevators, vestibules with a total area of more than 30 million square meters”, – said the Deputy mayor.

Biryukov recalled that the disinfectants used to process the entrances of Moscow, recommended by the CPS and safe for humans, animals and the urban environment. In addition, he added, the solutions will not damage any surface.
