On the first day of autumn, opponents of the so-called “green passes”, calling themselves “self-governing people”, set out to block the operation of railway stations in more than 50 cities of the country, including Rome, Milan, Turin and Genoa, in protest.

“We are not allowed to take the train because we do not have a “slave passport”. This means that no one will sit on it, “its organizers warned on the eve of the mass action, who contact subscribers through the Telegram channel.

According to the assurances of anti-vaccination activists, the series of demonstrations will be peaceful. It is possible, however, that the situation may get out of control, given the experience of past rather aggressive protests of citizens, recent cases of attacks on journalists of central print publications, radio and television, as well as mass threats against politicians (among them Foreign Minister Di Maio) and doctors who support the introduction of vaccination certificates.
