Sebastian Vettel was attacked after the Formula 1 race in Spain. The four-time world champion had a bag stolen in downtown Barcelona on Monday.

As a spokeswoman for the German Press Agency explained on Monday when asked, Vettel himself is doing well. Previously, “El Periódico” in Spain reported on the case. Accordingly, Vettel was robbed in front of his hotel when he got out of his car. The perpetrators stole the Formula 1 driver’s bag from the open window of his car.

The 34-year-old then tried to find the perpetrator or perpetrators immediately by locating the headphones that had been stolen from him via his mobile phone. When his cell phone showed the location, Vettel immediately booked an e-scooter, according to “BILD” information, and promptly pursued it through the El Raval district.

However, the thief or thieves also acted quickly and already suspected that the Bluetooth headphones could be located and threw them out of their pockets. So Vettel had no chance and the perpetrators disappeared with their loot.

In addition to the headphones, the bag contained only the purse of the four-time world champion. Vettel had finished eleventh in the Aston Martin at the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday.
