MOSCOW, 29 Sep – RIA Novosti. European cities are planning to improve the infrastructure for cyclists, according to Europulse.

More than 100 cities in France are going to soon become friendlier for cyclists. Paris plans to create 650 km of new Bicycle paths. The first phase will be completed by may 11, when partially weaken quarantine mode.

Improving Cycling infrastructure authorities of the capital planned before. City hall promised to the Olympic games in 2024 to make suitable for Cycling all the streets, removing this from roadsides 72 percent of Parking spaces. Due to quarantine these plans will be realized faster.

Among the other French cities that are planning to develop Cycling infrastructure in the near future – Lille, Rouen, Le Mans and Marseille.

Recently about plans to expand Bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, announced Milan. In the city not less than 35 kilometres of highways “goes” to cyclists and pedestrians.
