In Egypt extended the state of emergency for three months

CAIRO, 28 APR – RIA Novosti. Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi extended a state of emergency in the country for three months in connection with the threats to the security and health of citizens, the decision published in the official Gazette.

According to the decision, “the armed forces and police must do everything necessary to counter terrorism and its financing, to monitor the safety of public and private property, to protect the lives of citizens.”

In accordance with the decree of the Prime Minister of Egypt, Mustafa Madbouli said about putting the extended a curfew in parts of the North of the Sinai Peninsula – from 19.00 to 06.00, reports Shorouk news. In Egypt now there is a curfew from 21.00 to 06.00.
