the head of the RK Sergey Aksenov has appointed Svetlana Manescu Chairman of the State Committee on prices and rates of Crimea. The corresponding decree published on the portal of the Crimean government.

From August 2018 she held the position of first Deputy Chairman of goskomtsen.

Manicka graduated from Kyiv automobile and road Institute named after 60-th anniversary of the great October socialist revolution on a speciality “engineer-economist” and the Russian Academy of national economy and public administration under the President of the Russian Federation, specialty “state and municipal management”.

In the years 2014-2017, she worked as head of Department of regulation of tariffs for water supply, drainage and public works projects of the state Committee on prices and tariffs of Kazakhstan. From June 2017 to August 2018 was head of goskomtsen, the office of tariff regulation in water supply, drainage and utilities.

Manicka – state Councilor of the second class of RK, honored worker of bodies of state power of the Republic.

the head of Kazakhstan dismissed the Chairman of the State Committee on prices and rates of Crimea Yuriy Novosad, who has held this position since June 2018.
