In Bulgaria, held celebrations to mark the 142 nd anniversary of the liberation of the country during the Russo-Turkish war and the 75th anniversary of the great Victory.

On the day in the city of Plovdiv arrived the delegation of the Russian historical society and the Embassy of Russia in Bulgaria. The ceremony took place at the monument to Alexander II, reports channel “Russia 24”.

At the Central cemetery wreaths were laid at the monument to Soviet soldier-liberator.
