On the territory of Sterlitamak and Ishimbay areas of Bashkiria will be the first special economic zone Alga. The corresponding decree №764 signed on may 27, 2020, Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin.

As reported on his page on the social network Facebook the head of Bashkortostan radium Khabirov, special economic zone “Alga” will be one of Asia’s largest petrochemical clusters. Hundreds of billions into economy, thousands of jobs, a powerful new driver of development, the Habirov.

the government of Bashkiria has specified that two thirds of the area of the SEZ “Alga” have been distributed among the seven anchor investors, most of whom will be engaged in the petrochemical industry with high added value. The rest of the production – the meat, the Assembly of led devices, the release of the equipment for tailoring an individual’s intellectual work clothes for the industry.

by 2025, the regional budget will invest in infrastructure more than 6 billion rubles. Residents, in turn, will invest 26 billion rubles, will create about two thousand jobs.
