The government has launched the official e-mail service, dedicated to the support of businesses and citizens. It is expected that it will become “e-administrator” appeals for help and allow companies and individuals to figure out what kind of support and gasservice they can expect depending on the situation.The white house systematized on its website details of all support measures for citizens and business in the context of the epidemic of the coronavirus — they take the form of Internet service. It contains information on 80 different measures, grouped by category of recipients (citizens, business, General), and sectoral and directions of state policy (Finance, tax, transport, tourism, health, social services, etc.) and the branch lists of strategic companies. The lists are accompanied by descriptions of the algorithms, access to support measures, lists of required documents and links to electronic services of specialized agencies if the service can be made online.Note that until now, the extent of budgetary support of economy of the Russian Federation is not comparable to “hand money” the regulators of the largest States — which is explained as a higher share of the public sector and a smaller weight of the service sector, the most affected by the quarantine measures in response to the epidemic. At the White house suggest that in these circumstances the need for financial assistance basically have the industry lost profits in connection with the lockdown, and the economy in General, more in need of reducing excessive regulatory costs due to the gradual easing of control and supervision and accelerated digitization of goservices.
