The joint initiative involves the creation of a Fund for the reconstruction of the European economy with a volume of 500 billion euros, Spiegel reports, citing adopted by the governments of both republics of the document.
It States that the aim of the Fund is to support the most affected sectors and regions with funds from the EU budget in accordance with the European priorities. In the first place, should be directed to investments in environmental issues and the development of digital technologies.
