The German national soccer player Ilkay Gündogan may be about to leave the English Premier League leaders Manchester City in the summer.

Gündogan’s contract runs until 2023, an extension is unlikely. The midfielder has played for Man City since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2016 and could win the league for the fourth time this season. He was among coach Pep Guardiola’s first signings.
