“Gazprom Neft” has agreed with one of its key foreign partners, Anglo-Dutch Shell to create a parity joint venture to develop two sites on the byway Gydane — Liskinskogo and Pohutakawa. Their resource base is estimated at 135 million tons of oil equivalent.
