At work, they discuss exhibitions and concerts, and in his spare time, themselves become artists and musicians. And I go to Eastern practices, soothing body and spirit. About Hobbies that can help in professional life, telling the staff of the Moscow museums.

I wanted to try something new, began to look for courses. At first I thought learning calligraphy, but then I saw the advertisement in the icon-painting school, became interested in and began to take classes. We started with image slides, then switched to water and trees, very long struggled with donkeys, and recently finally got to clothes.

sanatech we use the technologies of the XIII century, — you prepare paints from natural pigments, making egg tempera. The courses combine the pleasant with the useful: we teach theory, we occasionally go to other cities — Sergiev Posad, Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Kaluga and Tula, where we study the local shrines.

I noticed I became less irritable. Icon painting teaches perseverance, patience, attention to detail. Learn something new and useful at any age. Can’t recommend the iconography persistently — each person in different ways may relate to religious art, but to try suggest.

should Not be limited once you have chosen a profession, to strive for creative living each moment to the full realization of creative potential. You may even bring to public shame the division between physicists and poets — and those and others can do better.

I was in first grade, when we came from the music school and offered to go. Everyone wanted to join, but the teacher who spent the set, for some reason invited in our class only me and another girl from a parallel.

I didn’t know what it looks like accordion. At the audition I didn’t like him. I see some kind of accordion should… But whether education, whether shyness is not allowed to refuse when I was asked if I wanted to do.

First two years I took music school for granted. But when there were items of an “Ensemble” and “Orchestra”, something turned over in my attitude to work. I like cooperative play, in which everyone had a role, and by the seventh grade I asked for the eight ensembles, among which were academic, folk, pop and jazz.

After nine years of music school I wonder what specialty to choose further — entered the musical College named after Gnesins, class of accordion.

the Museum of Scriabin, I do technical support for concerts — this is sound engineering, lighting and visual design. Always wanted to do something related with the profession of musician, which was chosen and which was engaged since the childhood. I’m glad that the Museum can realize what I studied. In addition to the diverse technical challenges, often act as a liaison between musicians, filmmakers and media artists, who sometimes speak different languages. Prompt, help make decisions and participate in the implementation of audiovisual performances.

Equipment I fell late enough in 20 years. It started with the desire to record your own playing the accordion and trying out a few sound effects. Once the circumstances were such that I had to work in the field of engineering, which helped to understand the principles of switching. At that time I had just graduated from a music College.

the Museum caught me between work in the field of engineering and in the Institute. The new place came in handy and my Hobbies are technology and music education. Later I returned to music, enrolling in Russian Academy of music Gnesin.

the Last 15 years I have been experimenting with the design of the accordion. Modern accordionist reminds forever adaptable to the instrument person. Often by experiencing physical discomfort during the game. Wrong posture leads to physical injury: “replayed” the hand muscles, curvature of the spine. And I decided to try to convert a constructive housing standards — to remove unnecessary parts so that the tool became easier to modify the body, without harming the sound quality. Don’t know where all this will lead, but I would be very glad if my changes will make life easier for musicians.

Kung fu I got carried away in may of last year. Used to do yoga like that you can focus on yourself, like meditation, but the feeling that yoga is mine, was not.

Feeling inspired, when I watched the cartoon “Kung fu Panda”. I wanted to do the same. Been looking for a school master, and in may 2019 and saw the course of qigong for beginners and immediately signed up. Qigong as well as kung fu, is associated with concentration and breathing. It was led by the Shaolin warrior-monk who has been teaching for over 30 years. Together with the school I went to Nepal, where he decided to go to a party on kung fu. Surprisingly, of course, to do, when all around you the mountains, the silence, and overhead the eagles fly. Feel total harmony with nature and the world.

Sorinovadiah speak, but just for myself. When I’m confident to master the basic practices, with pleasure will take part in demonstration performances of pupils of the school in the open day.

Qigong and kung fu very well help to switch, to stop the endless stream of thoughts and relax. I get great joy from the lessons and try to train at least twice a week. If possible, practice at home. Friends and family support me, but until I’m alone. I really want to teach qi Gong grandmother.

In the Chinese culture attracted me anddei and essence of Taoism, qigong and painting as an integral part of this philosophy, the embodiment of the Tao. Many Taoist philosophers and sages were fine artists and calligraphers.

Chinese traditional painting CE-I (painting ideas) I got interested a long time simultaneously with the fascination with Eastern practices. I bought the album of Chinese painting, reading biographies of artists and contemporary books on the philosophy of Chinese art. Well oriented in this matter, but only theoretically. I never thought I could draw. Once accidentally saw the drawings of orchids in the Studio with my coach. I was struck by not only the unusual rice paper, the density of a classic mascara, but the feeling that the ancient art of modern living that it is very close, and I can learn. I went to study painting to the artist, whose Orchid I liked it.

For me, Chinese painting is a form of meditation, an opportunity to slow down, to relax and to concentrate. I anxious person, so it is very important that once a day for an hour I disconnected from everything and plunge into drawing. It’s like a reboot of the entire body. It has changed my perception of the world: I became closer, started to notice details that previously slipped away from me.

I really like the Chinese artist Qi Baishi, who lived a long life and received international recognition. He is one of the most famous artists of the XX century. I love his work for its simplicity and brevity that hides decades of work, for high skill, when the art becomes easy and natural as life itself.

Favorite subject in painting — “four noble”. This is a traditional Chinese plants: Orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum and wild plum, many centuries inspiring Chinese artists and philosophers. Wild plum, for example, the sacred tree, the symbol of Taoism. I love the genre “flowers and birds”, “grass and insects”.

I Stthe heat to draw every day. CE and involves the drawing without a preliminary sketch, it is rapid and accurate painting impossible to touch up or redraw, the picture is drawn in one breath. This spontaneity very attractive, but it requires a steady hand, a sure sense of composition and confidence in the movements of the brush. All you need is the years and years of daily practice, so the pictures I have a lot. A big part goes in the oven and some of the most successful work I leave.

In China, I have not been, but really want to go and hope that in the future I will have the opportunity to learn from Chinese masters. Want to learn the Chinese language and calligraphy, without which traditional painting seems unfinished.

do Not know whether it will become a hobby “second profession”. Now I regularly engage with the teacher, I think that the lessons and independent practice will form the basis of my training in the coming years. And then we’ll see — maybe the passion will grow into something bigger.
