Cold, heavy rains, thunderstorms and wind will come in a number of regions of the Russian Federation Thursday, July 30. This applies to the European and Asian territories of Russia, warned in the weather center. In the European part of the country the weather will spoil exiting the cyclone from Scandinavia.
“In Karelia, as well as in the Pskov, Leningrad, Novgorod and Arkhangelsk regions will considerably decrease the temperature of the air will be heavy rains with gusts of wind up to 15-20 meters per second.
