With a CO2 extinguisher, the fire was extinguished by a squad under heavy respiratory protection quickly. After the building was ventilated the affected area with a thermal imaging camera controlled and the current is shut off by the energy provider. Due to the strong development of Smoke in the building, the occupants of the house was slightly injured, and an ambulance transported into a nearby hospital.

The application could not be completed for the 25 responders after about two hours.
