Yesterday, the Ministry placed a draft order, which sets forth the procedure of exchange of information about who had contact with sick COVID-19. The system involves contact tracing using geolocation in mobile phones and then transfer it to overstay of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, Resguardo, the interior Ministry and the Ministry of health.
This temporary procedure has already been applied during the outbreak of coronavirus. The new document is intended to formalize the procedure for the future. “In terms of the holiday season, moving a large number of citizens, the document will also help state agencies and entities to be ready in case you need to use the system to prevent possible foci of coronavirus,” – said Deputy Minister Oleg Ivanov.
