for Example, how are developing reteplase depends on the average value of enhanced oil recovery, that is, the proportion of oil that can be extracted from the total number in the field. “In some regions of Russia it is only 40%, and increase this amount by changing the method of production”, – says head of Department of sales of oil and gas of RNG Stanislav Pereponov. That is, using technologies of the last century the field can pump out 50 million tons of oil, and applying new methods of enhanced oil recovery (MUN) – 100 million tons. Now these methods there are numerous gas, thermal, chemical, physico-chemical and so on. And the work doesn’t stop – invented the all new and improved old.

One of the most promising in terms of enhanced recovery is considered to be thermo-gas method. In Russia it is used in many fields, including one of the largest – Ob. The technology is based on pumping air into the reservoir where it transformirovalsya by low-temperature oxidation reactions, producing pressure inside of the reservoir and how would forcing oil to the surface.

“According to various estimates, in the case of a favorable scenario with the introduction of new methods and innovative technologies, the recoverable reserves of oil in Russia can grow to 4 billion tons, adding to the annual production of 40-60 million tons of oil,” – said Stanislav Pereponov.

Not bypassed oil and gas and digital technology. Modern Deposit, and especially the field of the future, is impossible without constant monitoring of the wells and downhole equipment, pipelines and onshore infrastructure. But few get the data they need to be processed, to perform and on the basis of the result make the right decision.

“we now Have a running system, especially for fuel and energy complex developed by Russian specialists, OIS Production and USIE (system of operational accounting of production – formation of daily reports, – says Stanislav Pereponov. – They allow you to keep track of dozens of processes and operations: accounting and control of oil production, optimization of field development, standardization of business processes, monitoring system of reservoir pressure maintenance, automation supervisors”.

With their help, solved the problem of standardization and reduction of human factor influence, optimize the development and exploitation of mineral deposits, operating and investment costs. Oil companies receive timely information on the status of the wells monitored the production of oil, liquid, gas, injection of agents into the reservoirs.

This is a set of programs and applications which help geologists, technicians, operators chemical-analytical laboratory evaluate, and control technologyclinical characteristics of wells, including to prevent accidents. Processed huge amounts of data, which in the past would not dozens or maybe hundreds of specialists.

the Huge importance of new technologies to ensure environmental safety. Sometimes in this area manage to find a basic, but very effective, solution. It would seem that people are surprised by drones-drones. But the recent accident in Norilsk showed how the needs of the industry in systems of detection and liquidation of oil spills in coastal zones. And this is possible to do it with their help by providing the vehicles with sensors to detect abnormal temperatures and leaks. This will allow to quickly react to emergency situations.

in fact, now, given the increasing share of unconventional oil and gas in the mineral resource base of Russia, from the introduction of new technologies depends on the future level of production. The end of the hydrocarbon era undoubtedly would ever come, but even the boldest forecasts, it will not happen in 10 or even 20 years. And until that happens, we should not squander the wealth that lies in the literally and figuratively beneath our feet.
