Deputy Chairman of the culture Committee of the Saratov regional Duma Dmitry Chernyshevsky received a fine of 800 rubles for a mate at the meeting. This was reported in the Volga district court of Saratov, RIA Novosti reported on Thursday, August 13.

According to the materials of the case, fighting for culture Deputy “was expressed by rough obscene abuse” to another Deputy Alexander Anidalov. As explained by the Agency head of the culture Committee of the Saratov regional Duma Alevtina Losin, Chernyshevsky succumbed to the provocation of the opposition MPs, who became groundless to accuse the party to which he belongs, in the collapse of an aircraft factory in Saratov.

Chernyshevsky was convicted under part 1 of article 20.1 of the administrative code (“Petty hooliganism”). He not pleaded guilty. The judgment has not yet entered into force and may be appealed.

Earlier in the Saratov regional Duma deputies directly at session put up a fight. After conflict broke up, one of the participants in the brawl began to throw other members with water from plastic bottles. The meeting itself was devoted, in particular, unethical behavior of Chernyshevsky. A scuffle ensued before the members came to the essence of the meeting.
