The Deputy head of the Russian presidential administration Dmitry Kozak estimated the outcome of the Berlin meeting of the political advisers of the countries — participants of the Normandy format.

“there was a rather detailed conversation… managed to finally get close to what should be adopted a set of additional measures to the termination of shootings”, — quotes its RIA Novosti.

According to Kozak, the outcome of this meeting will allow to take specific measures to respect the ceasefire in the Donbass at the next meeting of the trilateral contact group.

It is anticipated that the final document following the meeting will be adopted later in the course of telephone conversations, “because it failed to agree on the details.”

Kozak also said that the coordination channel of the summit to speak prematurely.

“On the meeting at Ministerial level of the speech was not. There have been attempts to determine the specific date of the “Norman format”, but this is to say very, very early because of the need to comply fully… first of all from Ukraine, the decisions that were adopted at the summit on 9 December”, — he stressed.

The Deputy head of the presidential administration of Russia also noted that a “breakthrough” in talks on Donbas out of the question.

“Today was unable to obtain from Ukraine a clear, coherent answer when will be prepared this document, amendments to the Constitution in terms of decentralization… that decentralization hasn’t been seen before — neither Ukrainian citizens nor residents of Donbass. And what was going on, we don’t understand, nobody understands,” concluded Kozak.

Earlier, the Russian Ambassador to Germany Sergei Nechayev said on Moscow’s position at the channel summit.
