The participation of Russians on the second day of voting on amendments to the Constitution subsides, the work of election commissions became more organized, told RIA Novosti observers.

"Situation normal vote. We promise the stability of the engagement… Judging by the plots, the activity subsides. As it happens – on the first day all come with interest, and then falls. Today we celebrate the continuation of such level of activity of participants of voting", – said the coordinator of the regional interim working group of the HRC to monitor the vote in Moscow, Igor Borisov.

According to him, after the first day of the organizational overlap and the work of election commissions became more established.

"That is, the information reached, we note the clarity of the work of commissions after the first organizational day, when it was necessary to start this process. Work has returned to normal, without fuss. The Commission members have a full understanding of the process, there is an understanding that this is not an election and a little bit different. There is a full understanding from the point of view of the epidemiological situation… the Second day goes much better in this respect", – said RIA Novosti the defender.

In turn, the Director of monitoring and expertise center "Group-32" novel Kolomoitsev said that reports of possible violations keep coming.

"We try to check them out. But until further evidence of such serious violations we have. (Messages come) that the possibility of political tampering on electronic voting, and the inability to carry out the correct observation", – said the Agency interlocutor.

A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed due to the difficult epidemiological situation in the country. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the vote will take place on 1 July. To participate in distance voting can the residents of two pilot regions – Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region. Remote electronic voting on the amendments will run from 25 June to 30 June.
