The presidents of the USA and Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Donald trump held a telephone conversation, during which discussed the situation in Libya. This was reported Tuesday by the office of the Turkish leader.

"In the course of negotiations the sides exchanged views on bilateral issues and the situation in the region, including on the Libyan crisis. The leaders agreed on closer cooperation to reach the level of trade between the countries to $100 billion, as well as to ensure continued stability in Libya", – said in a statement.
