Earlier in the state Duma the amendments of the Cabinet of Ministers on strengthening of administrative responsibility for violation of the rules of quarantine. The offender-a citizen can be fined a maximum of 300 thousand rubles, and the company – a million rubles.

For people over 65, who are obliged to observe the regime of self-isolation due to higher risks to their health, these penalties are not provided. This explanation was given by the first Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on state construction and legislation Mikhail Emelyanov.
