Deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) Anatoly Golomolzin left the post at own will. The corresponding document was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, published on the portal of legal information. According to FAS, the officer resigned in connection with transition to other work.

Anatoly Golomolzin held this post since 2004. During this period, with his direct participation, was considered the largest and precedent cases on violations of Antimonopoly legislation, and also conducted the reform of natural monopolies and tariff regulation.

In 2006, he headed the headquarters for joint investigations of Antimonopoly in the markets of the CIS Interstate Council for Antimonopoly policy. In addition, Golomolzin has co-chaired several international working groups on competition policy, including in areas such as oil and oil products information and communication technology.

In 2014 he became Chairman of the Exchange Committee, established by Bank of Russia, FAS and the Federal tax service for the development of exchange trade on the domestic and foreign market. With 2015 Golomolzin was the head of the Methodical Council of the FAS Russia on tariff setting and regulation.
