To sign documents the parties will electronic signatures, and the employer, it needs to be strengthened and qualified, and the employee is quite simple, it receives automatically when registering on the portal of public services. The Ministry stressed that the system operator will record not only the fact of receiving the employer and employee electronic documents, but also further interactions between the parties that will be able to upload their copies via the “Personal account applicant (the employee)” and “private employer.”

the Ministry stressed that access to confidential information will be protected from other users. On the basis of the system will create a single archive of labor contracts, which will enter into it. This will be useful in the event of liquidation of the company.
