Authorities in Khabarovsk region will strengthen the monitoring of tariffs and quality of provided housing and communal services, said the acting Governor Mikhail Degtyarev at a meeting with members of the regional Public chamber. It is reported RIA Novosti on Wednesday, July 22.
“There are issues on tariffs, the quality of rendering housing-utilities. There’s not enough attention paid to this, I think. People care. Management companies of some hooligans,” — said Degtyarev.
He stressed that he is ready on a regular basis to communicate on issues of public services with the public.
Previously, 39-year-old Mikhail Degtyarev was appointed to a new position by presidential decree on 20 July. According to him, he came to the region with the aim to ensure the functioning of institutions and socio-economic development of the region. He also assured that he will leave the region in the case of acquittal of the former regional Governor Sergey Furgala, who is suspected of attempt at murder of the businessman Alexander Smolsky and ordering the murders of two businessmen Eugene dawns and Oleg Bulatov.
