Mikhail Efremov, staged a fatal car accident on Smolensk square in Moscow, will be deprived of a driving license, but not forever, said TASS, the lawyer of the artist Elman Pashayev. The lawyer also said that a common earlier information about the fact that the actor diagnosed with chronic alcoholism is a lie.
Pashayev stressed that Ephraim will be deprived of a driving licence by the court. However, it is already known that the punishment does not involve life removal of the artist from the management of vehicles.
Yefremov, he said, guilt in committing the accident recognized. Thus the lawyer emphasized that the published information in media that Ephraim was allegedly diagnosed with chronic alcoholism – not true. He admitted that some publications thus attract attention to itself amid the scandal.
Earlier, as reported by “the Rambler,” friend Ephraim Ivan Okhlobystin in a media interview said that the immediate environment of the artist almost never drinks and he got drunk mostly in the company of new friends.
