The class will be a member of the International yoga Alliance certified instructor of Hatha yoga yoga Federation of Russia Regina Koraput. She will talk about the basics of Hatha yoga, you will learn to perform basic asanas, will give tips on removing the tension in muscles, and proper breathing.
