In Moscow, by 2023 there will be a new industrial Park, said Deputy mayor for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov. In the creation of the object the investor is planning to invest 3.3 billion rubles.

"On the territory of Technopark will produce automotive components, to develop information technology in the field of security, microelectronics, conduct research", – specified Vice-the mayor.

The total area of the property complex will be increased from 70 to 81 thousand square meters. The investor agrees to comply with the requirements of economic activities, applicable to industrial parks.

Also Vladimir Yefimov said that in the near future the project will be awarded the status of priority investment project that will allow the investor to reduce the overall regional tax burden by 25% and to allocate these funds for the development of Technopark.

The Director of municipal Agency of investment management Svetlana Ganeeva believes that preferences for business, provide capital, contribute to a favorable investment climate.

Earlier it was reported that the capital children’s parks has opened registration for full-time study, in which children can learn programming, learn 3D prototyping, printing, and entrepreneurial skills.
